2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To register on cvk33 and use any of its services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be legally capable of complying with these Terms.
• You must create an account in your own name and for your own use; creating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

By registering an account, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. If false or misleading information is provided, cvk33 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances.

cvk33 may request identity verification documents at any time. If verification is not completed to a satisfactory standard, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered your own activity. Do not share your password with anyone, and if you believe your password has been lost or stolen, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Usage Rules

• Transferring, selling, or leasing your account to any third party is prohibited.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technology to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform is prohibited.
• Sharing bonuses with other players or creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is prohibited.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

cvk33 reserves the right to apply maintenance measures to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. You will be notified in advance by email regarding the inactivity threshold.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

cvk33 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

• Deposited funds will be credited to your account after successful verification.
• Deposits made in a third party's name or from an unknown source are not accepted.
• If you experience any issue with a transaction, notify the support team immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if any active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• cvk33 reserves the right to review or suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at cvk33 will receive a 120% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

For example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means you must wager ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• A player may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, cvk33 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• cvk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Play Rules

All games available on the cvk33 platform — slots, cricket betting, fishing games, live casino, and others — operate under specific rules. The individual rules for each game are described within the game itself and form part of these overall Terms.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market, and are displayed within the game interface. cvk33 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, cvk33 will determine the outcome by reviewing server logs. The data recorded on the server shall be considered final.

6.4 Bet Cancellation Rules

If an event or game is cancelled, the associated bets will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded. In exceptional circumstances, the decision of cvk33 management shall be final.

7.1 Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure upon detection:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the system using software or technology.

The names, logos, and game content of game provider companies are the intellectual property of their respective organisations.

11. Changes to Terms

If you continue to use cvk33 after any changes, it will be assumed that you have agreed to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.

12. Termination Provisions

• As directed by a law or regulatory authority.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure
